Shipping Policy

At  Singer Featherweights, we take great care in packing and shipping every order so that your items arrive safely. Please read our shipping policy below.

UK Shipping

  • Parts and Accessories are shipped via Royal Mail (Large Letter or Small Parcel, depending on the size of the item).

  • Machines are shipped securely with Royal Mail Tracked services or courier, depending on weight and value.

  • Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct shipping option before payment.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days of cleared payment.

International Shipping

  • Machines and Parts are shipped by courier services. Please contact us if your require insurance.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. 

  • Customs, duties, and tariffs: Buyers outside the UK are responsible for any additional import fees or taxes charged by their country.

Delivery Times

  • UK Orders: Typically arrive within 2–3 working days once dispatched.

  • International Orders: Delivery can take between 7–21 working days depending on the destination and courier service.

Damaged or Lost Parcels​

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photographs of the packaging and item.

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Collection & Local Delivery

  • If you are local to the ME18 postcode area, we offer a collection and delivery service for machines sent in for repair or servicing. Please contact us in advance to arrange.
